The brief was simple: a friendly, easy-to-manage site for sharing Freya’s adventures, photos, and stories. It started as a blog around nine years ago and has grown steadily into a full website that Sally updates regularly herself.
The design reflects Freya’s character: clean, warm, and unpretentious, with room for photography to do the talking. Blog-style updates, image galleries, and a fully responsive layout mean it works properly on whatever device someone happens to be reading it on.
Hosting is managed UK-based hosting with daily backups, SSL, and solid performance, so the site loads quickly and stays online. Sally does not need to think about any of that. I handle it.
From the initial build to where the site is now, I have looked after everything: the domain, the hosting, updates, and any support Sally needs when she wants to make changes or try something new.
